Grappe types : sauvignon 100 %
Soil : Chalky clay
Harvest: By hand, selectively
Process and fermentation : After pressing the juice is allowed to ferment and settle in 500 litre barrels. It remains on the lees for 8 months then has minimal filtration.

“ A complex nose of spices and yellow fruit, round and rich on the tongue, with a long and elegant after-taste overlying plenty of fruitiness”
