1- Prices
All our prices include VAT and are for 'carry out'. Please ask for details
of delivery cost within France and elsewhere. .
2- Availability
As stocks are limited we may not be able to complete your order, in which case you will be offered a refund or an alternative wine.
3- Transport
Orders must be in multiples of boxes of 6 bottles, please - and it is possible to buy mixed boxes. Don't forget to check the content on receipt and tell us at once of any problems in writting on the Delivery form. We will inform you by e-mail when we have sent your order.
4- Payment
Cheques should be made payable to "Domaine Les Riquets". We work to offer you efficient and securised online payment in the next months.
5- Delivery time Your order will be despatched with 5 to 10 days of Credit Card validation or the receipt of your cheque. We will send the receipted account with the order.
6- Legal situation
By signing our order you are acknowledging that you have read and accepted these conditions.
Only those over the age of 18 years may place an order.
In case of dispute the Tribunal de Grande Instance de Marmande is the Mediaring authority.
